After decade away, one of the most memorable characters ever created by Gateways Haunted Playhouse is returning.
Mr. Tickles first appeared in 2016. Then he disappeared.
No goodbye. No explanation.
He was simply gone.
Now, ten years later, Mr. Tickles is back—and he's bringing his own fun house.
Mr. Tickles Fun House is a brand-new 3-D attraction unlike anything else at Gateways Haunted Playhouse.
Put on your 3-D glasses and step inside.
Mostly indoors with a small outdoor section, the attraction is designed to feel like a maze—with twists, turns, strange rooms, dark areas, and plenty of surprises.
There is a path.
Finding it is the easy part. Figuring out what's waiting along the way is something else.
The 3-D effects are at the heart of the experience. Walls, objects, patterns, and scenery can appear to move, stretch, come toward you, or look completely different than they really are.
And while you're trying to figure out what you're seeing, something else may be happening right beside you.
Because this is Gateways Haunted Playhouse, expect pop scares, jump scares, unexpected surprises—and yes, clowns.
Some may be part of the scenery.
Some may be watching.
And some may be waiting for you.
After ten years, Mr. Tickles himself is finally returning.
Where has he been?
What has he been doing?
And why has he decided to come back now?

You'll have to make your way through his world to find out.
Just remember...
He knows you're coming.
Mr. Tickles Fun House combines 3-D illusions, darkness, visual effects, clowns, and unexpected scares into one strange and unpredictable experience.
It's not quite a maze.
It's not quite a traditional fun house.
And it's definitely not normal.
We're still putting the finishing touches on Mr. Tickles' world, but the vision is already clear.
So put on your glasses.
Follow the path.
Watch the walls.
Watch the shadows.
Watch the clowns.
And whatever you do...
Don't assume you've seen everything just because you're looking directly at it.
